Revised Format for B-modelling Round 2

As we asked participants to submit an electronic report, so that we could send it to our judges, here are guidlines to help you prepare your report. You need to answer at least these questions and include them in your report. It is recommended to include voice notes or videos, showing usability of your product in the report for better understanding. You can get your models from the Civil laboratory and shoot videos. We are looking forward for a video that shows a demo of your product and its uses, and not how good are you at "mad-ads".

Here is the list of questions:

Q1: What is your product or what all purposes can your product be used for? Include the Price of the product as well.
Q2: Who are your customers? Is your product meant for people in Rural areas, Urban areas or both? What age group are you targeting? Are you looking at people from a specific profession?
Q3: Give the details of the Resources and Capital required.
Q4: Give the details of Capital and Allocation of the Resources which includes your transportation, labour etc.
Q5. Mention the cities where the initial business will be set up and
later on where do you plan to extend it?

These are indications for what your report should look like.

Your Vision Statement will be evaluated by a panel of esteemed judges. The top four(4) to six(6) Companies will be selected from the pool and will advance to the next stage.

Remember, a skilled manager makes more than the owner and owners fight each other to get the skilled managers..
So, good luck....be a good manager.
